NAUTILUS ROOM

It is a 70m room refurbished to accommodate exhibits of various types.

It is a multipurpose space that, although it is also integrated into the path of the Aquarium, has the possibility of having independent access to the outside (by the stairs leading up to Paseo Nuevo).

This exhibition is inspired by the ideas of Gaston Bachelard, a philosopher, poet, and bridge-builder between the arts and sciences who has studied “the life of water images.”

Two artists, Magali Léonard and Grégoire Dupuis, observe, scrutinize, and capture the moods of the Atlantic Ocean.

In “OCEAN VISIONS,” they invite us to discover their perceptions of the meeting between land and the living, breaking, or ever-changing water, always sublimated by light.
