MAKE A BOOKING
Please book three weeks in advance to get the right date to suit your group’s needs.
When booking, we require the following information:
· Official name of the centre
· CIF (tax code)
· Address
· Contact number and email
IMPORTANT: Once you have made the booking, you will receive a confirmation email that you should check and then confirm with us that all the data is correct so we can register the booking. Bring the confirmation sheet with you on the day of the visit.
If anyone in your party has any type of specific need, we would like to know so that we can take it into consideration and thereby help everyone enjoy the visit.
We recommend checking the best way of getting to the Aquarium. If you are coming by bus, you should drive along Paseo Nuevo. To do so, you MUST bring the confirmation sheet, as bus access is restricted unless you can prove your reservation at the Aquarium.
In case the Paseo Nuevo is closed, the bus must park at the SAN SEBASTIAN BUS STATION, and if not, we recommend checking with the SAN SEBASTIAN CITY COUNCIL’S MOBILITY DEPARTMENT.
