The relationship between the Oceanographic Foundation of Gipuzkoa and the User shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations concerning legislation and competent jurisdiction. However, in cases where the regulations allow the parties to submit to a particular jurisdiction, the Oceanographic Foundation of Gipuzkoa and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of San Sebastián.
