We at the San Sebastián Aquarium, in its commitment to accessibility for all, work to guarantee that visiting our space is a satisfactory and comfortable experience.
ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS
Our facilities are fully accessible, overcoming the architectural differences in height with ramps and different kinds of lifts. There are no doors on the visit, with the exception of the toilets.
All of the floors have various rest spaces and areas with seating.
The toilets are adapted.
GUIDED TOURS
With its long background and extensive professional skill, our Education Department will facilitate the experience of all groups taking one of our guided tours.
AUDIO GUIDES
We have audio guides in Spanish, Basque, English and French with a touch screen to enable good viewing of the accompanying videos and quality audio recordings to explain and expand on the visit content. Audio guides cost 2 euros to hire. Audio guides will be provided free of charge for users with an (accredited) visual capacity.
