There are several parking options for carsculares:

  • Paseo Nuevo Access: There is a long term OTA parking close to the sculpture by Jorge Oteiza, 3 minutes walk from the Aquarium.
  • Port Access: The nearest car parks are either the Boulevard parking or the Okendo parking about 15 minutes from the Aquarium through a picturesque ride.

Generally, no, as the influx of visitors is so great that does not allow group visits with the desired quality. However, you can check our agenda and see if among our activities there are special thematic visits.

Anyway, we have an audio guide service in various languages to facilitate and complete your visit.

Yes, the whole tour and access to the Aquarium are adapted.

No. In Jacques Cousteau square, on the Aquarium building itself, you will find the Aquarium Bokado restaurant. Also a few meters from the Aquarium you can find many restaurants with a wide range of cuisine.

No. The breadth of our schedules (see the Info section) and the duration of the visit allows smoothly, properly organized tours.

No, only accredited guide dogs may enter.

The duration of the visit depends on you but at least usually lasts an hour and a half.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 12:00 you can enjoy the spectacle of our aquarists feeding bull sharks up close.

Yes. We have a type of gift ticket valid for admission by its holder at any time within a maximum period of 6 months. This ticket can be purchased at the ticket desk or by telephone (943 44 00 99).

Proof is required to benefit from our special reduced rates (for pensioners, students, the disabled, children under the age of 4, large families, the unemployed, etc.). If you are unemployed, you can show your DARDE (jobseekers’ registration) card.
